E-triloquist requires the Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 in order to install. The link below will download a small application from Microsoft which will then download and install the .Net Framework 3.5 for you. Once the .Net Framework 3.5 is installed you will need to run the E-triloquist install again (you do not need to download it again).
